Welcome to Alberta IoT’s Fast-Track Business Accelerator Program, a 10-week virtual program tailored specifically for Alberta-based emerging and IoT tech companies, looking to scale their business to the next level. Our comprehensive accelerator program is designed to equip scale-up companies with the knowledge and resources needed to grow to new heights.

Fast Track is facilitated by a team of seasoned experts with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, and discipline knowledge. To ensure the content is relevant to your business, our Fast Track program is designed for scale-up IoT and emerging tech organizations with 2 or more years in business and proven revenue.

Session 1 - Get to Know You Day

Welcome and introductions set the tone for the session, the elevator pitch and company intros allow participants to showcase their backgrounds and expertise. A facilitated discussion helps participants explore ways to maximize the program's benefits. Implementation of the provided template provides a practical framework for applying learnings.

This session includes a lecture on sales strategy followed by a workshop-style session where participants will revamp their elevator pitch for improved effectiveness.

With 22 years of HR experience, Pauline's areas of expertise include, workplace investigations, labour relations, change management, recruitment, and training and development as well as consulting on general HR issues.
